A Board comprising representatives of its Active Members governs AIGA. A President heads the Board.

A Secretariat Office under the Secretary General deals with the day-to-day administration and supports all the technical and safety work of AIGA.

Under the supervision of the Board is a Technical Committee that directs all the work on safety, environmental, regulatory, standardization and harmonization of practices.
